To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.
You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To process your exchange, a shipping fee will be applied to cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled before they are shipped will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. At this point, our standard return policy will apply.
